Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, as is customer safety, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations. For these reasons, requests for returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the unique circumstances of each request.
Please be advised that edible products may not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds as such products cannot be resold due to our obligation to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We make every effort to package and ship orders soon after they are received to ensure that your products arrive as soon as possible. As a result, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.
