This box contains a 3-gallon bag of juice concentrate and is intended for use with a commercial bar gun / soda system. To connect this bag-in-box (BiB) product to your bar gun / soda system, use a QCD-II clip-on connector, or an Encore screw-on connector.
Instructions:
Mix the concentrate with non-carbonated water at a ratio of 5:1 (five parts non-carbonated water for every one part concentrate).
Yields:
When mixed at this recommended ratio, this product will yield approximately 18 gallons or 192 twelve fl oz servings.
Storage:
Syrups do not require refrigeration, but should be stored in a cool place, ideally between 40 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Syrup taste quality may deteriorate as storage temperature and duration increases.
